An Experience about the Laboratory Work “RL and RC Circuits” with Equipment from the People's Republic of China

Abstract

Thanks to the efforts of the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education (M.E.S), the different universities of our country have increased the laboratory equipment related with the discipline General Physic for different careers. The diversity of these equipment and their communication facilities by using a personal computer through a digital interface, enlarge the possibilities of the professors' creativity for their later use in laboratory classes, either substituting laboratory works already settled down in the programs or as new practices that previously were not carried out in courses. Present work describes the laboratory tasks corresponding to the functioning of RL and RC circuits connected to a DC source, prepared by the authors using the equipment before mentioned as well as its experiences in the preparation of the practice and in the insertion as laboratory practice.
