Abstract
The development of a high-power semiconductor laser device for soft tissue surgery in dentistry is presented. The block diagram and the elements that they include, the main technical specifications of the prototype, as well as the results obtained from the measurements carried out for its adjustment and start-up, are shown, guaranteeing its reliable operation.
