Optimization of the Electrodeposition Conditions to Obtain Magnetic Sensors %K %X We'll show the results in the search for the optimal growth conditions to obtain the appropriate magnetic properties of CoP alloys in order to use these alloys as sensor cores. We will show that using a density current in the electroplating process, it is possible to get alloys formed by layers of different ferromagnetic composition with anisotropy in the plane and a field coercive comparable to the alloys produced by quickly cooling. As anodes we have used cobalt of 1 mm thick and a purity of the 99.95%. As substrates we use Cu foil fabricated by sputtering. During the electrodeposition we have used the electrolyte agitation and vibration cathode to facilitate the detachment of the bubbles of H 2 generated during the process. In this way, we have obtained layers by controlling two parameters: current density and application time. On the other hand, for the multi-layers we have applied current pulses by controlling the pulses duration and the intensity.   %U https://revistacubanadefisica.org/index.php/rcf/article/view?path= %J Revista Cubana de Física %0 Journal Article %& 114 %P 5 %V 28 %N 2 %@ 2224-7939 %8 2011-12-15 %7 2011-12-11
