PY - 2009/06/15/ TI - TeO2-doped ZnO Micro and Nanostructures Grown by the Vapour–solid Technique JF - Revista Cubana de Física; Vol 26 No 1 (2009): Cuban Nanotechnology 2009 KW - N2 - An approach for the obtaining of nano and microstructures from TeO2-doped ZnO powder by vapour-solid process technique is presented. Topological and cathodoluminescence (CL) measurements of the samples and structures were carried out. It was found that the structures are formed by a mixture of ZnO and ZnTexO1-x domains, and that in Te atoms in oxygen vacancy sites play a passivating role that can eliminate the defects.
