Synthesis and Characterization of Lead Sulfide Thin Films by Ionic Erosion at Room Temperature %K %X Nanostructured PbS thin films were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature by radio frequency sputtering technique. XRF analysis confirm the presence of Pb and S elements. Through atomic force microscopy (AFM) it was proved that the films present a nanostructured growth, with particle size between 10 and 20 nm.
