Both antiferroelectric-orthorhombic (Pbam) and ferroelectric-rhombohedral (R3c) phases co-exist in the studied compositions. The dielectric response has revealed the presence of two peaks in a wide temperature range, which have been associated to different phase transitions. Slim-like hysteresis loops were obtained at room temperature, suggesting a higher stability of the antiferroelectric phase. The hysteresis and dielectric results show that the increase of the La3+ ions concentrations disrupts the long-range dipolar order for the ferroelectric phase.
